Your satisfaction is our success! We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. From first visit, to order, delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. All products carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee beginning from the day product is shipped from our warehouse, unless otherwise noted. All products scheduled to be returned to us, must be unused, uninstalled, and have all the original packaging to qualify for the full refund less shipping costs. All pumps and major water quality products or equipment returned will be subject to a 15% restock fee due to the nature of the item.

Warranty Policy

Almost all the products we sell on SupremeWaterSales.com come with a 1-Year warranty, with the exception to water filters, membranes, resins, minerals, and other water quality products classified as perishable. If you must file a claim to warranty a product purchased through SupremeWaterSales.com you will be required to show proof of purchase.

Shipping Items for Warranty or Return

All shipping expenses are your responsibility. We recommend fully insuring your products again damage from shipping. We are not responsible for any damage to your items due to shipping. If there is damage due to shipping, it will be your responsibility to collect the damages...so again...fully insure your products when shipping back to us for either return or warranty claim.
